Not being possessed of wealth beyond the dreams of avarice, neither can I return manuscripts which are not accompanied by the correct amount of Irish stamps. The Irish post office does not accept IRC's, which is a pity.

I've received quite a number of full collections where it's obvious the writer has spent a tidy sum having a fair number of these copied and posted to a multiplicity of publishers. Have you considered starting your own press? It could quite possibly be less expensive and it's a lot more sociable than pining for replies.

Finally, whoever you are, whatever kind of poetry you write, I wish you well and I'm genuinely sorry that I don't have better news.
